His medical journey continued in the United States at Texas A&M College of Medicine and Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi, where he further honed his pediatric skills.

His tenure as the main plastic surgeon at Day Hospital in Lechería, Anzoátegui, Venezuela, marked a transformative era.
